Taller Andaluz de Cocina is a cooking school with a privileged location, inside the traditional Triana food Market, one of the oldest in Seville. In our kitchen the local gastronomy is accessible to anyone! Our hands-on cooking classes will help you understand the culinary wealth of Spain. Our workshops last about 3 hours and our professional Chef will teach you how to cook traditional meals. The classes are very entertaining! When we finish, we will then eat our dishes accompanied with Spanish wines or beer. Our kitchen is located in the Triana market, the perfect place to buy fresh & local ingredients. Before the workshop starts, we offer a guided visit of the market with a short explanation of its history and products.
